Speaking to Dr. Cann, Saturday morning, the Avatar hitmaker said;
“I wanted to keep it on the low but after a few months of launching the album a blogger put out a story about people who came to pledge but did not fulfill their pledges. We called the blogger to pull the story down because Samini is like a father to me.
But I think it’s now a problem because my new management doesn’t know how to handle this and so I have to come clear I haven’t received Samini’s GH 10,000. I think Samini pledged GHC 10,000 and up to now I haven’t gotten the money.
The funny thing is that after the launch Samini’s 10,000 was the main headlines that went out and I still haven’t gotten it and people keep referring to the money in my dealings. I will appreciate it if Samini and his team fulfill their promise.”
The Iskoki hit maker Samini, CEO of HighGrade Family was the highest bidder of the album with a price of ¢10,000.00 Ghana cedis.
